If a client arrives 15 minutes late, the appointment will need be re-booked as we try to accommodate everyone’s specific appointment time before and after.
If client doesn’t show for their appointment, there will be a $15.00 charge added for their next appointment. If client needs to cancel the appointment, it must be with at least 24 hrs notice.
We appreciate your loyalty and we wish to make your experience as pleasant as possible but also pleasant for everyone.
